Warande is an organisation that provides living accommodation, service and care for senior citizens. In order to provide this in an optimal manner, it is of great importance that the building systems function properly. Ipero, in cooperation with the management organisation, prepared and implemented several renovations and improvements. Hereby, the combined heat and power unit (CHP-unit) was assessed for economic operation, and this unit is again being renovated to fit into the installation. Furthermore, and among other things, were renovation designs created, a hot water system further optimised and the control technology of a refrigeration system adapted. In short, there were multifaceted problems suitable to the broad knowledge to which Ipero has access.
