Pier C at Schiphol airport is one of the piers in plan to be renovated. The requirements for this plan are that climate comfort and energy performance improve significantly while passenger handling be kept running throughout the renovation. Iperó and Merosch established a comprehensive integrated concept study with various stakeholders both outside of and within Schiphol aiport. This study includes the establishment of a comprehensive mathematical model of energy flow and a comprehensive financial analysis. Based on the study, Schiphol can decide which variant of the renovation to apply.
